Workshop Leader
Yvonne Blaszczyk, is a recognized expert in Compensation, Pay Equity and other areas of Human Resources management. Her broad experience includes organizations such as CIBC, Toronto Hospital and RCMP Pay Council. In addition, she served as an Adjudicator at Pay Equity Hearings Tribunal, Consultant to the 1999 Canadian Human Rights Act Review Panel, Advisory Council to Pay Equity Commission of Ontario. The Editorial Board of Who's Who in Canadian Business included Yvonne in 1996 - 2005 editions.
